By accessing or using Next-Net-Lite, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. User Accounts and Verification
Our platform uses passwordless authentication via one-time codes (OTP) sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid and secure email address that belongs to you.
- Maintaining the confidentiality and access of your email account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or abuse of your session.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform, including:
- Automating or spamming authentication requests (OTP flood).
- Attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse proxy layers, or database isolation barriers.
- Using the platform to send unauthorized communications or distribute malicious code.
4. Intellectual Property & MIT License
The Next-Net-Lite codebase is open-source software and is licensed under the terms of the MIT License. You are free to copy, modify, distribute, and run the code for personal or commercial projects. However, you own all user data and database records stored inside your own deployed database instances.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure
We utilize third-party infrastructure partners, specifically Hetzner Online GmbH for server hosting and data storage, and Zoho/ZeptoMail for transactional email delivery. By using our platform, you acknowledge that the availability, performance, and uptime of our services are subject to the operational status and terms of these external providers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND CODEBASE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
